  • Best ForSoftware platforms, payment facilitators, and marketplaces that want white-labeled or API-embedded working capital for their SME merchants across Pipe's live markets.
  • Not ForTeams that need a published platform rate card, a self-serve partner live start with no partnership conversation, or consumer checkout installment credit as the core product.

Embedded SME capital for a software platform's merchants, not consumer checkout credit. Book a demo is the intake. Pipe Capital is a merchant cash advance and Pipe states it is not required to hold a credit license for that product. Public scale, NPS, geography, and launch-time figures do not agree across pages.

What it is

Pipe is Pipe Technologies Inc.’s embedded financial OS for enterprises that want to offer working capital to their small and medium-sized business customers. Homepage: the embedded financial OS powering businesses on your platform. About: Pipe partners with software platforms who innovate for small businesses, to deliver unbiased capital and financial tools inside the platforms those businesses use every day. Help: software providers embed Pipe’s solutions so customers get access to capital based on the health of their businesses, with repayment as a percentage of revenue.

Pipe Capital is the merchant working-capital product on the current Capital page. FAQ on that page: Pipe offers a Merchant Cash Advance, where a customer sells a portion of its future revenue for up-front capital, paid as a percentage of revenue with no fixed minimum payment when sales slow. Marketing on that page: pre-approved offers based on transaction data, sales-based payments with no monthly minimums, multi-draw and renewal without full payoff of prior advances, no credit checks or personal guarantees, funds in as little as one day, and over 98% approval on pre-approved offers. Pipe says it handles risk, compliance, and operations so the partner does not hold the financing stack.

This page is Pipe Capital for software platforms: capital-as-a-service for SaaS and vertical software. Pipe Business Card, spend management named on Pipe’s newsroom, the For Businesses app at app.pipe.com, the Small Businesses story path, and leftover direct-apply or “Invest with Pipe” language on current pages are Pipe’s. They are not this page.

Who it’s for

Partner shapes, from Pipe’s homepage, Capital, Partners, and Help pages:

  • Vertical SaaS, which homepage and Capital copy sell as platforms that provide tailored solutions with industry-specific risk models so SMBs fund growth without leaving the partner product.
  • Payment facilitators, which homepage copy sells as partners that boost retention and GPV and create a new revenue stream with embedded financing.
  • Marketplaces, which homepage copy sells as partners that enhance loyalty and share of wallet by sitting at the heart of customers’ cash flow. Help also names payfacs, vertical SaaS, marketplaces, and more.

Partner intake is Book a demo and Contact our partnerships team at /contact/sales. Help: reach out to see if Pipe can be a fit for your platform. Docs at docs.pipe.com are password-protected. Partner Portal is described on Pipe’s February 2025 developer press as a dashboard issued in the embedded relationship, not a public self-serve live start. A For Businesses login sits at app.pipe.com, and an Is Pipe for SaaS article still says Pipe is available directly through Pipe.com as well as through partners. That merchant path is Pipe’s. It is not the software-platform Capital job on this page.

It is a fit for a software, payments, or marketplace company that wants white-labeled or API-embedded SME capital inside the product, will complete a partnership conversation, and does not want to hold underwriting or funding liability itself.

Standout details

  • Pipe Capital and adjacent Pipe products. Capital page: Merchant Cash Advance, repaid as a percentage of revenue, no monthly minimums, multi-draw, white-label option, three integration paths (Pipe-hosted, Embedded UI, Customizable API only). Pipe-hosted: zero code, share anonymized payment data via cloud warehouse sync or API. Embedded UI: prebuilt, brandable interface. API only: partner co-designs a custom journey within Pipe’s guidelines. Adjacent: Pipe Business Card is named on Help and on an October 28, 2024 press release as an embedded pay-in-full charge card issued by First Internet Bank of Indiana, Member FDIC, pursuant to a Visa license, currently US-only on Help. /products/cards currently redirects to the homepage. Treat the card as named on Help and press, not as a fully published product page today. April 15, 2025 press: Pipe acquired Glean.ai to add spend management. That spend path is Pipe’s. It is not this page.
  • Underwriting and repayment (as printed). Capital and Help: underwriting uses partner live revenue and transaction data, not FICO. Pre-approved offers are live for a limited time (Help: typically 30 days) and merchants can draw part of an offer. Help: once payments are set up, capital is sent the same business day and can arrive in a couple of hours depending on the receiving bank. Why Pipe: Split Pay and FBO as revenue-flow options. Help merchant flow: connect revenue and bank, verify business and owners, and in some US cases set up an Advance Payments Account (FBO). Help fee copy: a single flat fee paid over time as a percentage of future revenue, determined from business health, projected revenue, and sales volume, with an illustrative example of a 10% fee on a $50,000 advance equaling a $5,000 fee. There is no public platform rate card. This listing does not reprint a fee schedule.
  • Ops and pricing. /pricing returns 404. Revenue-share FAQ: models vary but often involve a percentage of the funded amount or collected fees. Book a demo / Contact partnerships is the partner intake. Production for a new platform partnership is sales-led. Launch-time copy does not agree: Capital FAQ 2-4 weeks, Why Pipe as little as 7 days and a Pipe-hosted pilot within a few days, February 2025 developer press hosted in as little as a week / Embedded UI in one-to-two weeks / Full API in as little as four weeks, Help embedded UI as little as one month and as little as two engineering weeks, GoCardless case study hosted pilot in under six weeks. Treat those as vendor copy from specific pages.
  • Geography. Capital FAQ: currently available in the US, UK, and Canada, arriving soon in Australia and the Netherlands. Terms of Service (updated October 24, 2025): services intended for businesses with recurring revenues in Australia, Canada (except Saskatchewan and Quebec), New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and not for consumers or personal, family, or household use. November 2025 Australia press and the 2025 recap: launch in Australia with Live Payments, with that press calling the product live in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. About offices: San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, Sydney, AU, London, UK. Terms notice address: 548 Market St., PMB 93796, San Francisco, CA 94104. UK GoCardless case-study footer: Pipe Technologies UK Limited, company number 13446628, 5 Fleet Place, London, receivables finance, not FCA-authorised, FOS will not consider a complaint. Housecall Pro case-study footer: Pipe Advance LLC, subsidiary of Pipe Technologies Inc. Boulevard case-study footer: Pipe Technologies Inc. is the capital provider. Privacy (updated April 10, 2026): Pipe Technologies Inc. and subsidiaries such as Pipe Technologies UK Limited, plus Pipe Advance NZ LLC (Melbourne address printed for New Zealand residents). Same policy: GoCardless Ltd processes UK Bacs and Canada PAD. Privacy still names “buyside” and “sellside” Participants, leftover from the earlier recurring-revenue marketplace. Current product pages sell embedded MCA capital, not that marketplace.
  • Pivot (as printed on current Pipe pages). Is Pipe for SaaS article: Pipe initially launched recurring revenue financing that turned future ARR into up-front capital for SaaS companies. Early 2024: platform evolved to deliver working capital to SMBs inside the software platforms they use. 2026 recap: Pipe relaunched and refocused in 2024 with Pipe Capital, embedding capital in platforms rather than operating as a standalone destination. Official domain on current pages is pipe.com (Terms also cite www.pipe.com).
  • Scale figures are Pipe’s and do not agree across pages. Homepage: 9.4% activation in first month (footnote: email outreach average for vertical SaaS partners), 61% average conversion rate, 80 NPS, 12% faster MoM revenue growth for SMBs. Why Pipe: 9.4% first-month activation and 77 NPS. GoCardless case study: almost £7m advanced in three months and NPS 88. 2025 recap: GoCardless originated more than £30 million by early December. Boulevard case study: over $25 million to hundreds of unique merchants. Treat those as vendor copy from specific pages, not a single audited figure.

Honest verdict

Pipe is the listing to read when the job is embedded working capital for a software platform’s, payment facilitator’s, or marketplace’s SME merchants: Pipe-hosted, Embedded UI, or API merchant cash advance, revenue-linked repayment, and Pipe running underwriting and funding so the platform does not take the credit liability. Pipe Business Card, spend tools, and the direct merchant / For Businesses path are adjacent Pipe products. They are not the Capital job on this page.

What it is not: a published platform rate card, a self-serve partner live start with no partnership conversation, or consumer checkout installment credit as the core product. Book a demo is the intake. Pipe Capital is a merchant cash advance, and Pipe’s own Help says MCAs are not regulated as credit in the UK or US and that Pipe is not required to obtain credit licenses to issue them. The UK case-study footer adds that Pipe is not FCA-authorised and that the Financial Ombudsman Service will not consider a complaint about Pipe. Public funded, NPS, geography, and launch-time figures disagree across Capital, Help, Why Pipe, recaps, and newsroom. If you will not complete a partnership conversation, stop. If the job is branded SME capital inside your product across Pipe’s live markets, start here.
