Software vendor for SMB onboarding and underwriting, not a bank and not a payment processor. Demo is the intake. Live credentials are issued by Worth AI. Public scale figures on the site do not agree.

What it is

Worth AI is Worth AI, Inc.’s onboarding and underwriting workflow platform for companies that verify and approve small businesses. The homepage calls it an onboarding and underwriting workflow automation platform: a single system that consolidates onboarding and underwriting. Privacy policy (effective January 22, 2024): Worth AI, Inc. (also known as Worth or Worth AI) is a fintech software provider that offers a consolidated platform for AI-powered underwriting and onboarding activities, eliminating manual tasks and providing continuous risk monitoring. Product pages sell Pre-Fill, Custom Onboarding, Case Management, a Decisioning Engine, Worth Score, Continuous Monitoring (also sold as Perpetual Monitoring), and Decision Intelligence. Delivery is described as API, SDK, or a white-labeled flow.

This page is Worth AI for payment processors and financial institutions: merchant and SMB onboarding, underwriting, fraud and risk, case management, and continuous monitoring. Worth Wallet and the ISV industry packaging are Worth AI’s. They are not this page.

Who it’s for

Two shapes, from Worth AI’s own pages:

  • Payment processors, which the payment-processors industry page sells a unified infrastructure for merchant onboarding and risk management: streamlining approvals, controlling fraud and chargeback exposure, and scaling merchant growth. That page names Pre-Fill, Crosswalking Technology, Lightning Verify (TIN checks), Continuous Risk Monitoring, 360-degree business profiles, Case Management, and timely risk alerts.
  • Financial institutions, which the financial-institutions industry page sells a single platform to automate KYB, KYC, and AML due diligence so the institution can onboard more business customers while meeting regulatory requirements. That page names identity verification, continuous monitoring, Worth Credit Profiles, Pre-Fill, and white-labeled Custom Onboarding.

The public intake is Request a Demo (worthai.com/request-a-demo). The form asks for first name, last name, work email, and work phone. worthai.com/pricing currently loads that same demo request, not a rate card. Docs at docs.worthai.com tell the buyer to send first name, last name, and email to the Worth team so Worth can create an admin account. API access uses a username and password flow after that invite. The WTF product post (March 4, 2026) says Worth gets enterprises live in under 90 days, often without engineering bandwidth on day one, starting with Case Management and layering API integration on the buyer’s timeline. That is a sales and implementation path, not a self-serve checkout.

It is a fit for a processor or financial institution that wants one vendor for SMB identity match, case workflow, and policy-based decisioning, will complete a demo, and will keep holding the acquiring or banking license itself.

Standout details

  • Product surface (current pages). Pre-Fill: send an application using Name, Address, and Tax ID/EIN (custom fields can apply). Custom Onboarding: identity verification, KYB, KYC, AML, and business credit in one digital workflow, white-labeled, via SDK or API. Case Management: 360-degree profiles covering KYB, KYC, financial status, fraud verification, brand reputation, adverse media, and case status (approved, denied, or under review), plus configurable routing. Decisioning Engine: the buyer’s criteria across KYB, KYC, financials, fraud signals, and custom fields, with AND/OR logic, automated approve/decline/review, and a log of the rule version that fired. The WTF post: auto-decisioning is off by default. You turn it on. Continuous Monitoring: bankruptcies, liens, judgments, adverse media, financial deterioration, sanctions changes, and prohibited-product signals, with threshold-based alerts. Lightning Verify is named on the payment-processors page as TIN verification in 30 seconds. Homepage and Decision Intelligence page sell CODI as the conversational interface underwriting and risk teams use to query agent work (case decisions, outstanding documentation, portfolio changes). The August 25, 2026 Decision Intelligence post names CODI for Continuous Decision Intelligence.
  • Data layer, as Worth AI prints it. Crosswalking Technology is sold as entity resolution across Secretary of State, IRS, Google, FinCEN, CFPB, DoD, and other sources. Company page: 350M+ SMB profiles, 200+ countries and territories, 1,200+ data points per entity, 98%+ match rate. Decision Intelligence page: 1,200+ data points per entity from 350+ sources. WTF post: 186+ data integrations. Pre-Fill page: a database of more than 350 million businesses. Financial-institutions page: over 700 million businesses across 200+ countries and territories. Introducing Worth post: more than 700 million small businesses. PatientFi customer roundup: 242M+ business dataset and 1,100+ live data points. Demo page: 350M verifiable business entities, 1,200+ data sources, 115 languages. Those figures are Worth AI’s, and they do not agree. Treat them as vendor copy from specific pages, not a single audited count.
  • Outcome figures, as Worth AI prints them. Homepage: 37%+ average increase in approval rates, 43%+ average reduction in abandonment rate, 98%+ match rate. Case Management page: increase approval rates by 37%+. Pre-Fill page: boost conversions by 43%+. WTF post: 55%+ reduction in time-to-revenue, 25%+ reductions in vendor costs. PatientFi quote on the homepage and partnership post: onboarding time cut by nearly 50% (the customer roundup says 50%). Those are Worth AI’s marketing numbers. This listing does not treat them as independently verified.
  • API, docs, and Match Pro. Public docs cover Add Business, KYB, KYC ownership verification, banking information (verification and authentication), tax filing, public records, adverse media, reviews, bankruptcies/judgments/liens, website data, NPI lookup, Worth Score, Worth 360 reports, webhooks (including a Payment Processor event group), and an Onboarding SDK. Match Pro in current docs: screen businesses against a payment network’s merchant termination database, with credentials (consumer key, customer name, ICA identifiers, and key file) set in the Worth dashboard. Environments named: sandbox, mtf, prod. Moving from sandbox to production is contact the Worth team, not a self-serve toggle. Custom fields in docs: confirm with a Customer Success representative whether they are enabled.
  • Security and commercial terms (public). Security page: SOC 2 Type II compliant, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, multi-tenant SaaS by default with dedicated single-tenant environments for enterprise customers, data residency options, 5-year default retention for historical data and audit logs, SSO (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, Google SSO named), MFA, RBAC and ABAC, 99.99% uptime SLAs, cyber liability and E&O insurance. Worth states it has never experienced a data breach. That statement is Worth AI’s. The page also says Worth is actively pursuing ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CSA while following those practices. Terms (effective January 22, 2024): legal name Worth AI, Inc., Delaware, registered office 838 Walker Road, Suite 21-2, Dover, DE 19904. Fees and payment: credit card and ACH, billed through an online billing account, prices may change, payments in U.S. dollars. Two cancellation paths: Worth Score subscribers cancel in the account or by contacting Worth, effective at the end of the current paid term. Enterprise Worth AI software users submit written notice per the enterprise service agreement. Section 25: to the extent Worth provides a consumer report under the FCRA, the client certifies a permissible purpose and agrees not to resell the data except as FCRA allows. Privacy policy: headquarters Orlando, Florida. DPO contact listed as Jacques Fu, Worth AI, Inc., 1550 S Lakemont Ave, Winter Park, FL 32792. Named subprocessors on that page: AWS and Google. Data processed in the United States.
  • Company. Company page: founded 2023 in Orlando by Sal Rehmetullah, Suneera Madhani, and Jacques Fu. 2024: Worth Score, Case Management, and Pre-Fill launch as one workflow. Equifax is named as a strategic partner. 2025: $25M seed led by TTV Capital, with Silicon Valley Bank, Ingeborg, Florida Funders, Deep Work Capital, and Florida Opportunity Fund named. 2026: $30M Series A led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, with Amex Ventures and TTV Capital named as participants (March 24, 2026 post). Named on current homepage quotes or customer-story pages: Priority, PatientFi, Aurora Payments, VizyPay, REPAY, and Wave. The REPAY post (January 29, 2025) is written in future tense about planned use. The later customer-roundup post describes REPAY as embedding Worth. Treat the 2025 post as a planned integration as of that date.

Honest verdict

Worth AI is the listing to read when the job is onboarding and underwriting software for a payment processor or financial institution: pre-fill from a few fields, KYB and KYC in one case workspace, a decisioning engine that runs the buyer’s playbook (off until the buyer turns it on), and monitoring after approval. Worth AI is not a bank. It is not a payment processor. The license and the FCRA purpose stay with the institution.

What it is not: a published price, a self-serve live start, or a company that holds the acquiring or banking license. Request a Demo is the intake. API credentials are issued by Worth AI after that conversation. Public database and conversion figures disagree across pages. If you will not complete a sales and implementation path, stop. If the job is consolidating merchant or SMB onboarding, underwriting, and portfolio risk onto one workflow, start here.
